Do we often feel that our overworked busy lifestyle puts too much pressure and tension on us? Do we spend most of our time pondering over the past or the future, instead of enjoying the present? How could we stop contemplating continuously and grab the moment instead?
In our Mindfulness Training we are looking for answers and solutions to all these questions. We develop our self-awareness and conscious presence through specially designed exercises. In the state of conscious or vigilant presence we can pay full attention to the present moment and to the events around us, thus makes us able to control our emotions and thoughts.
Our one-day training is consists of the following two main blocks:
Conscious Presence exercises
After getting familiar with the basic concepts of mindfulness, we experience the state of conscious presence and its positive effects through individual, pair and group exercises.
Yoga and Relaxation
Yoga asanas and its relaxation techniques help to practice and deepen Mindfulness. A short block of body movements followed by breathing exercises grant participants physical and spiritual refreshment and raise health consciousness.
With the techniques and exercises of our training, participants can:
- raise concentration and consciousness
- overcome working days in a more balanced and smooth way
- often experience positive feelings, such as satisfaction, gratitude and tranquility
