Behind every successful team is a leader who is aware and wants to improve.
By expanding the management toolbox, we can acquire effective methods to make our staff and team more effective.
During the training, participants take part in interesting, interactive tasks that require effective management and cooperation. This allows us to develop the most important skills and guidelines of leadership through practical experience. During the training, special attention is paid to the fact that each participant can test themselves several times as the leader and the leader.
Main topics of our interactive training:
- the guidelines of leadership, the role of trust
- different driving styles in practice
- delegation, authorization, motivation
- Effect of feedback on performance
- Leading and motivating troops
In all cases, the topic of training is tailored to the customer's needs, expectations and previous experiences of the participants.

Period: 3 x 0.5 days (with live or online presence)

In order to do so, they must develop their own self -knowledge and personal efficiency. This is where we support our management-coaching program.
6-10 We contract for individual leadership coaching process, the first step in which is always to determine the development goal accurately.
