Team building and Wellbeing: Balanced for success!

Team building and Wellbeing: Balanced for success!

2026-04-20

How is successful team building and workplace well-being connected? Is it possible to find happiness in everyday work and how do we draw our healthy boundaries in the digital space? We sought answers to these questions on April 17, at the Business Summit II. at our event.

The impressive Prónay Castle in Lower Petény provided the perfect, inspiring location to break away from the daily grind and focus on the most important issues of employee well-being. During the spring morning, we shared not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical experiences that could be used immediately.

The opening and the joint tuning

The day started with a pleasant welcome and networking session. Andrea Kovács, managing director of LifeTraining Kft., as well as Polite Aniko, the Sales and Marketing Director of the Prónay Castle, opened the event. Their short, inspiring stories and the presentation of models that have already been proven to work set the tone for the rest of the day: it became clear that wellbeing is no longer just a "nice-to-have" benefit, but an essential part of corporate strategy.

Elements of professional experience: The focus is on the person

The backbone of the morning was the expert workshops and lectures, where the participants could learn the different aspects of well-being in an interactive way:

  • The ways of our happiness: Robert Nora (HR expert, trainer, coach) shed light on how we can create a work environment that really supports the internal motivation and satisfaction of employees.

  • Digital detox and personal boundaries: In the age of continuous online presence Endre Gáspár (trainer), we examined why a healthy separation of work and private life is critical, as well as how we can learn to "switch off".

  • Mindfulness, stopping and recharge: Anita Szabo (psychologist, trainer) gave a practical toolbox for achieving conscious presence, showing that sometimes stopping and looking inward is the biggest step towards success.

Round table discussion: Real exchange of experience

The theoretical knowledge was followed by an honest and dynamic round table discussion. Here, the participants discussed the real, unexploited possibilities of workplace well-being programs and how they can be made a success in practice. Professionals from various industries provided valuable insight into what works best for them.

Those who were with us

The real value of such an event is the participating community. We are grateful that we were able to think together with outstanding actors of domestic and international business life. We would like to thank the representatives of the following companies for their participation:

The official program ended with a joint lunch, informal conversation and a special surprise program from the castle, crowning this inspiring morning.

The Business Summit II. proved: the triad of team, experience and balance is what makes modern workplaces sustainable and successful in the long term.
