As a couple and family therapist, for most of the week in the deep, reflective atmosphere of the therapy room, I try to bring my clients to new insights, develop them, and help them continue on their own path.

It is a special gift for me if I can give an entire team a similar development opportunity at the same time, in a relaxed atmosphere, even in outdoor conditions. This is what Life Training gives me. With colleagues with whom we can authentically show, through our own example, what an efficiently functioning team with a good atmosphere is like.
