One of the main things I love about my job is the creativity. It inspires me to have the opportunity to invent and implement new programs, events or even games. We can create something new every time – it keeps me constantly fresh and motivated.

I also really appreciate the variety that comes with this job. No two events or training sessions are ever the same, as every team is different, every location is different, and we always have to adapt the event to these. This kind of flexibility and the challenge of small but important adjustments make everyday life exciting and lively.

And what makes it even better: my colleagues. I can be part of a supportive, cohesive team, where everyone helps and lifts the other up. This makes working together a real experience.
