Andi Kovács I am the LifeTraining founder, trainer and economic mediator.

Can't believe it's been 10 years already! 🎉

During this time, we organized countless programs, came up with ideas, polished and rewrote them in order to give the teams something really special every time.

As an economic mediator and trainer, I believe that this is the key to success in cooperation between people lies - whether it's a small team or an entire company.

I love this job because no two days are the same and no two programs are the same - that's the continuous renewal keeps you fresh and inspires you again and again. It is difficult for me to single out a favorite program, but there are things that move me more, e.g.: organizing a family day for nearly 2,000 people, inventing a team building program for several hundred people, or implementing a small group resilience training in depth.

A LifeTraining to me, it is much more than a company: one strong, supportive community, where acceptance, cooperation and mutual attention are the basis.

Many people in the LifeTraining team have been with us for 10 years, but it is a pleasure that we are constantly expanding and that we are being joined by Generation Z, who bring a fresh perspective and energy.

He is extremely proud I'm on this team and grateful I am so that we can continue to build the next 10 years together. 💛
